Montage Staffing operates a Center of Excellence, which is dedicated to identifying and communicating best practices, standardizing processes, training consultants, and providing accelerated delivery of data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.

Our Center of Excellence works with project teams to identify emerging best practices for data warehousing in general, and for specific toolsets related to data warehousing implementations. These data warehouse best practices are incorporated into our Strategy, and communicated to the Montage IT consultant population. Tools developed through the Center of Excellence provide reduced learning curve among consultants, accelerated delivery for clients, and uniform operational standards. Within the Center of Excellence, Montage IT's Development Alliances are dedicated to the off-site development and rapid deployment of data warehousing applications, including data extract/transform/load (ETL) processes, data architecture, data repository design, information delivery applications, and performance and scalability analysis.

The Development Center provides existing and prospective Montage IT customers with an experienced team of specialists in tasks spanning the data warehousing implementation lifecycle, from requirements through build, test, and deploy phases.
